One of the renowned underwear brands in Vietnam, OnOff, plans to expand its product categories besides increasing its production capacity and retail presence.
This was announced by Do Manh Duc, R&D Director, OnOff, while speaking to Team Apparel Resources recently.
In the first 6 months of 2018, the company opened 3 retail stores in Hanoi and last month it launched its first retail outlet in Ho Chi Minh City.
Excited over the tremendous response received for all his stores, Duc added “We are excited about the opening of our new stores and now plan to open as many as 20 stores all over Vietnam by November this year. That apart, we are selling through our 800 franchise stores.”
In addition to its expansion plans in Vietnam, the company intends to enter other countries like Thailand, Laos and Cambodia, in next 2 years.
After successfully manufacturing socks, underwear and undershirts, OnOff is now venturing into homewear, sleepwear and sportswear. Duc expressed his happiness over the company’s foray into new product categories.
Speaking about the manufacturing capacity, Duc said that the company manufactures 1 million pair of socks annually; 3,00,000 pieces of underwear per year and around 2,00,000 pieces of undershirts per year. Besides, the capacity of homewear currently touches 75,000 pieces per year.
Notably, all these products are manufactured in the company’s own factory.
