- Phase 1: Deployment of WFX Virtual Showroom, followed by the modules: Sample Development, Sales and Order Management, Material Procurement, Inventory and Quality Management
- Phase 2: Implementation of modules like Production Management, Output Transportation, QA (Quality Assurance) system, BI Analysis as well as integration support with Thanh Cong’s existing systems
The ERP project will help Thanh Cong scale new heights by allowing it to streamline operations and improve efficiency across all divisions.
